VentureFizz Can Find You a Startup Job

by Devin Cole on Monday, November 23, 2009

We know some of you in the Boston Young Entrepreneurs community are not, in fact, entrepreneurs, at least not at this very moment. Many of you are students with an idea or just a desire to get into the startup world, and many of you have started a company in your past but have a 9-5 for the time being.

Well, we’re always telling young people about how much you can learn working at a startup. It’s often a much more comprehensive, interesting and challenging experience than a regular job.

So, with that in mind, we’d like to point your attention to VentureFizz’ job board for technology companies. This is a quality job board and I know this because, among many other great companies like RunMyErrand and TripAdvisor, I see that BYE Founder Panos Panay’s company Sonicbids is all over it!

Many of you are probably aware of VentureFizz as a great place to go for all types of news on the tech sector in Boston. I highly recommend VentureFizz and suggest you follow them closely if you’re interested in technology. And in this age of plentiful media, make sure to track them on Twitter @VentureFizz!

So, to recap: VentureFizz is awesome in general and even better because they have a job board just for you. For your future reference, VentureFizz will be in the links section to the right of the page.

Just to have a complete list you might consider http://www.genotrope.com which not only lets you slice and dice the open job postings by Stage such as Series A, and industry such as B2B or Storage.

It also has a pretty cool database of companies presented in a genealogical fashion and a great directory of Boston VC http://www.genotrope.com/genotrope/VCDirectory.html
where you can easily see the companies they funded and the succeess or level of each.
